Project overview
HelloGlow is an aesthetic medicine clinic built around a personal brand and Instagram presence. The clinic needed a dedicated website to give potential patients more information, support bookings and create a new acquisition channel through Google search.
Problem
Most of the clinic's traffic came through Instagram, where potential patients could discover the doctor and get in touch. But without a dedicated website, there was no structured place to present treatments, answer common questions or capture demand from Google.
The goal was to create a clear digital destination that could support the existing Instagram funnel while opening the door to organic search and a more structured booking experience.
Process
- Step 01Briefing on the clinic, its services and target patients
- Step 02Mapping the existing journey from Instagram to booking
- Step 03Defining website structure, content priorities and key conversion paths
Implementation
Website structure
The website was structured around the clinic's key services, helping potential patients quickly understand available treatments and find the information they need before booking.
Booking flow
Clear calls to action and a contact form were integrated throughout the website, creating a straightforward path from discovering a treatment to submitting a booking request.
SEO foundation
The website was launched on Tilda with a basic SEO foundation, creating an additional acquisition channel through Google search.
Outcomes
New acquisition channel
The clinic gained a dedicated website that can attract and inform potential patients beyond its existing Instagram audience.
Clearer path to booking
Visitors can move from discovering a treatment to submitting a booking request without leaving the website.
SEO-ready foundation
The site created a foundation for future organic search growth and a new source of potential patient traffic.
